goodness I feel like that we are not talking and should be talking more about the the spinal impacts of binding and and things about that nature I've been doing a few videos lately on that and it's like people talk about the bindings effects on breasts but I think that we need to talk about the spine as if it's like the foot and we need to recognize that if we're putting 13 year olds in binders they're going to end up with with deformations so we need to be very careful about that
