My own father, who has no disadvantages in terms of language processing, is a lawyer.
For 50 years of his career, he typed not a single

He either wrote on a legal pad or he used his trusty dictaphone and he only learned to type 10 years ago.
I think we forget this.

And so for kids who already feel
That they aren't as good as other kids at things, and usually our neurodivergent kids are aware.
They're not ignorant of the fact of their particular uniqueness, their challenges.
It's extra double pressure.
