And it's in lots of different cultures.

My husband's Irish and it's not the same as Sri Lankan culture, but there is, like, his family are from West India.

the west coast of Ireland, rural Ireland, and you've got to be tough.

There is no room for this fluffing about business.

It does make me think about culturally if a particular culture has had a really tough time.

And it could have been 200 years ago.

It doesn't matter.

It passes down through the generations.

To this sort of like we cannot indulge in any of this stuff.

I did want to say I'd feel terrible if I didn't mention that

people's experience of depression based on their culture or being a marginalised community, they're going to experience depression.

They're going to have it worse because they're in a marginalised community.

I think, like, they carry this disproportionate load based on insidious traumatisation and unfair systems.

So it's...

just really important to point out as well that depression might actually look like it's occurring more in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities or LGBTQI+, culturally and linguistically diverse communities and also people with disabilities as well.

And to that I'd be like, well, yeah, of course.
