Like literally drain your brain
And then come up with two to three mental goals for the round that you might repeat like mantras.
You might say it a hundred times that will point your consciousness to how you want to play.
Now, if it's just fun, then those mantras could be like, let it go, let it rip, you know?
I don't have a formula for everyone who's listening to this, but as I get to know you and more importantly, you get to know you, you work with your, if you really wanna get better, you work with yourself mentally because the fact is your swing will always be in process.
