There are certain activities in my private practice that I have no problem doing, and there are other activities.

That I have a harder time with.

And so writing reports and doing presentations, I will drag my feet, right?

I will procrastinate, procrastinate.

And I ended up doing a visual graphic organizer for myself and especially around presentations.

And I was like, all of my presentations are gonna have three themes, right?

Three sections to the presentation.

And so then as I get asked to do something, I just pull out that sheet and then I start thinking about

ideas and I think about where does it pop into the three themes, right?

I've identified my three themes.

And then it's easier to sit down so that I'm not thinking

Oh, I should add this in and I should add that in.

So getting kids to recognize how do you like to work?

Do you like to tackle your hard stuff first?

Or do you or do you like to do easy stuff just to kind of get in the flow of it and then tackle your hard stuff, right?

And what does that what does that look like for that task initiation?

So that's another big one that kind of pops up in the late elementary.

Yeah.

Yeah. 'Cause that is, you know, that's big.
