You've got uh driverless cars, you've got Chat GPT with updates every day of the week, coming up with something new.

Um, I think my my suggestion for anybody that's tuning in right now is to embrace the youth and hire.

when when you're looking at your own employment, look for the youth that uh have got technology front of mind.

You know, we don't have to deal with this all ourselves.

A lot of us are really struggling and yeah, okay, I'm old now, but struggling to keep up.

And you know, just when you think you've got AI and ChatGPT down pat, some other thing comes in.

So look, embrace the youth, mentor them, uh, take them under your wing, teach them what we know.

Like, you know, we've got a lot of skills to teach them, but then also it just take from them the knowledge that they're they're coming in.

in with incredible things, you look at the host buddy guys, you look at some of the the tech that's coming out now.

Uh we don't have to learn it ourselves.

We just need to I guess collaborate and work together with these people.

Yeah.

Look, I just think it's so overwhelming with so many different technologies.

I can't keep up.

I know that there's a lot of other people in a similar boat where, you know, we've got a lot to do day to day.

Um, we don't have to have that added extra pressure of needing to know the latest tech, chat GPT, what AI is out there.

Uh the youth know it.

Let's embrace them, let's mentor them and I guess, yeah, and embrace that and collaborate.
