And whenever we do have a permanent rental property become available, we've got something like 30 applications each time.
So it is very hard for people who need to move at the moment.

See, I married a local boy and I've lived here, I think, for 16 years.

But I've been in sales out here at Colborough Beach for six years now.

And we've got guys and girls that work in our office that have been doing it for as long as I've been born and they've not seen it like this either.
What is it about?
They do.
There's, like you said before, COVID, everyone's re-evaluating what life actually should look like.
And it's no longer being in Sydney and keeping up with the Joneses that way.
They've actually been able to have a look at the lifestyle that we have down here in the regional areas.
And they're sort of like, we've got it wrong.
That's the lifestyle that we want.
Plus there's just, there is, we're the next stop on the map, sort of south of Wollongong.
That area is all done now.
All the infrastructure's there.
