Of course, no one would take it.

So it's an artificial thing based on the fact that money is scarce.

How do we best compensate people?

People often get, if they're diagnosed with an asbestos disease incurred from work,

in their 40s and 50s, you know, and they've got dependents, that's relevant too.

If you're the main breadwinner, if you've got kids, you might get a million, two million, something like that.

Something that'll really help.

There was no one to sue.

So the Mr. Fluffy company had gone.

It was a kind of owner-operator and he died over 20 years ago.

How could you... Could they... Even if he hadn't gone, could you prove negligence?
