So when I was trying to figure out what to write next, I remember my agent was just like, okay, June, I think Behind Five Wills will do well.

So we should build on this momentum.

And would you like consider writing another romance?

But I go.

And you're like, I want murder actually.

I was holding back so much murder while writing this book.

I'm like.

so the next book is super dark and it's like set in uh one of the most devastating wars in chosen dynasty korea yeah but at the same time i want it to be a very hope-filled book um so yeah it will be a an adventure story set during wartime and there'll be a dash of romance
