The president is violating not just one, but by my count, four established Supreme Court precedents.
So when a new president orders that because there's so much gun violence going on in the country, I have the right to take away the guns from everyone. And he sends out the military orders. to seize everyone's guns. We and the courts have to sit back and wait until every plaintiff whose gun is taken comes into court.

There is always going to be a percentage of the population under any medical treatment that's going to suffer a harm. So the question in my mind is not... Do policymakers decide whether one person's life is more valuable?
But the other is... Can you stop one sex from the other? one person of one sex from another sex, from receiving that benefit.
That's the sex-based difference. The medical condition is the same. We don't agree. But you're saying one sex is getting it and the other is not.
