There was cancer showing all over the place.
At that point it was basically like, you know, hospice end of life is the option.
And
Throughout the entirety of her diagnosis, like I'm fierce and tenacious and go get what I want, so because my mom wanted to fight.
And so I was incredibly aggressive with her treatment.
The last time
She was hospitalized.
I could hear in her voice she was done with the fight.
She held on for three more days and then on the last day when it w things were really in peril through great advice of a mentor, she said
You need to tell her goodbye and tell her it's okay to let go.
And so I sent her a voice memo.
Um and I said, Look, I love you.
It's okay to go.
I'm fine.
Dad'll be fine.
We'll be fine.
And fifteen minutes later she slips into a coma.
And that was it.
Well, she got to talk to her versona.
She got to interview her own versa.
