got the coaching job.

I I sat down with him the first day I came up here and he just gave me a lot of open and and and honesty around where he was at with everything and there was always that speculation around, you know, he he's leaving and when's he going and what's he doing and

Um, yeah, I I just loved his honesty and then I sort of gave him a fair bit on on what I was looking for and then his his leadership is um so action based, you know.

He doesn't I don't need him renting and raving, I just need him to have a big influence on the game and and just lead what he's comfortable doing and and what he's not comfortable will get other guys to do and

That's what we put in place and yeah, he's just loving it, you know, and you know you need your best players playing well and he he loves coming to training and loves playing.

So those two factors are gonna play a big part in you know, you you're playing well.

So but he's been unreal and obviously then, you know, early in the year when he recommitted long term to the club just gave everyone in our organisation a lot of confidence at what we're doing.

We're on the right path, whether you're a

coach or, you know, in the admin side or or a a teammate.

So he wants to play on a good side and and we're working towards that.

And yeah, you know, again, if we're gonna win next week and the week after and the week after, he's he's gotta be, you know.

The best player on the field and that's not putting pressure on him.

That's just getting him to go out and do his job.

And he's that good at at, you know, playing the game that um yeah, we get we're gonna rely on him.

Well, I can't grow mine very long, so I've got no choice.

But um yeah, no, uh boys can
