The committee's size changes depending upon the vertical.
But you present and your peers are pressurizing it.
And there's this part of them.
So we're organized through our investment committee process.
The team gets assigned.
I assign team members to Patrick who wants to go forward with urgent care.
It'll be five people on the investment committee.
And if they agree to it, they are with you for the whole life of the journey.
So from roadmap, through greeting your board, LOI, platform, add-ons, budgets, exit.
And their carry in the future is tied to your results.
And so they have their own carry for their own deals they lead.
They're judged on your outcomes as well.
