It sounds like something that a board of people approved before it went up online.
When Donald Trump tweets, it sounds like it came from his thumbs.
Like Trump has a messaging skill that a lot of politicians could have if they got rid of the bureaucracy in their comms departments, where everything he says sounds like it's coming right from him.
And it sounds like he means it.
And a lot of people in his base don't even necessarily believe all of these things themselves, but it has that authenticity factor.
And in politics, you can't manufacture authenticity.
You cannot create a sense of sincerity.
When I was in high school and people didn't know that I didn't just like girls.
I also like boys a little bit.
I never looked fruitier than when I was trying to look more like a bro than I actually was.
Yeah.
When you're trying to look more authentic than you are, that's when you look the least authentic.
And Donald Trump just kind of lets it fly.
He just lets things rip.
And people really respond to that because, again, you cannot manufacture authenticity.
So when different politicians are saying that thing that might be a little woke or might be a little race baiting, all these different things.
That is authenticity.
And that is going to resonate with people, even if it's not in the decorum and the fancy Nancy talk that they like to hear.
I mean, just to be honest with you, I'm kind of nervous about what's going to happen to his hand.
But other than that, it's awesome.
