There are businesses like Google and Amazon that have come to Adelaide.
The Australian Space Agency has even just recently moved to South Australia.
So, yeah, some really exciting things happening and really helping the economy along the way.
Definitely.
Now, if you're looking on realestate.com or domain, then Glenelg is definitely the suburb, beautiful beachside suburb that I'm sure a lot of people on the East Coast would certainly fall in love with.
Over the last couple of years, we're seeing some larger building projects happening, whether it be in the CBD, road and infrastructure, those sort of things have been invested heavily in.
But it's really been about trying to attract the best people to Adelaide and South Australia and the best businesses and companies to South Australia.
And I think from my point of view, being an Adelaide born and bred, I'm really proud of, I guess, where Adelaide's heading.
And although we're not at the same level as a Sydney and Melbourne or even a Brisbane,
We're starting to punch a bit above our weight and we're certainly starting to bring some of those big businesses in, which I think is really going to drive growth and also drive the talent that we bring into South Australia as well.
