Outside of that, though, I mean, I think that you could make a pretty compelling argument that Austin is a way better place to build a health company, a defense tech company like
Any number of these sort of hard tech or other companies that, you know, the Bay doesn't necessarily have such a stranglehold on, I think Austin is still gonna do quite well.
Uh and and I still personally see a bunch of people moving there.
Um, but again, if you're doing AI stuff, it just like SF is like so far and ahead.
Uh, you know, it's the obvious choice.
Yeah, I mean the the big news is that we actually closed a round led by Andreessen Horowitz.
