You're going to bury the lead on us, aren't you?
I'm going to bury it.
So, Jeff, tell us a little bit about the new feature in ONTAP 9.2 that can give us better storage efficiencies.
Before we move on further into the aggregate inline D2, let's talk about that thing that just got mentioned that kind of just was in passing.
The 800 terabyte bomb?
Yeah.
So, yeah.
So aggregates are now much, much larger.
They doubled, essentially.
So there are 400 before, now there are 800.
Yeah, and only for certain platforms, right?
This isn't all platforms.
Those damn engineers using math.
So as far as inline aggregate dedupe, it's inline only, right?
It's no post-process currently, right?
So walk us through some of the value prop behind why someone would really care about inline aggregate dedupe if they don't know about it.
At this rate, we're going to end up with everything in one block.
Now we're getting to the point where we're almost at 100 terabyte drives.
That's amazing.
Let's talk about some more goodness in 9.2.
