It is.
And, you know, finger pointing can happen.
You know, self-preservation can kick in.
The blame game can start to happen when cracks start to appear when
teams lose games.
But I haven't seen that at all at the Melbourne Storm throughout this period.
What I've seen is the passion and commitment of everybody in the organisation to acknowledge that we've got some challenges, acknowledge that there are some areas of our game that we need to fix.
not use what's happening externally to that as excuses for our performance.
And we've bounded together to find a path through it.
And I think that that's what great football clubs do and great teams do.
And I'm really confident that this club will do that.
And in a strange way, Gerard, it actually excites me that, you know, of course I don't want to be in this position.
Nobody wants to be where we are currently.
But
I just think that there's a genuine galvanisation of a football club that's got so many great people and great culture and years of experience in history to utilise and uses our strength to take us forward.
And I really do think that we're going to come out of this bigger, better and stronger.
And I know that sounds a little bit cliche, but I genuinely believe it.
Look, not too bad, all things considered.
There's no doubt Anzac Day was a really tough night, and for the team to have performed the way we did on such a significant occasion was a really tough night.
And for the first time since I've been at the club, certainly I saw some fans leaving prior to the end of the game, and I think that for me was...
