Appearances
on a very long-term view, right?
Over time.
Yeah, well, one of the big announcements
was, as we think about this AI economy, particularly in the ANZ region in Australia, it's so important we're getting everybody equipped with the skills, as I was just mentioning.
So one of the big announcements we made was around equipping 3 million people across the country with the skills that they need.
That includes in business, that includes a major investment that we're making in education, that includes investments that we're making through LinkedIn.
And then you asked about Elevate for educators and Elevate maybe for changemakers.
And those are two programs that we've recently launched to help teachers get the skills that they need by using credentials that we've built with OECD, we've built with ISTE.
So these are nationally recognized AI credentials helping teachers skill up so they can figure out how to use these tools in effective, safe manners that actually promote learning outcomes in effective manners.
And then Elevate for Changemakers is all about equipping nonprofits with those same skills.
And we built that certification program with an organization called NetHope, who brings together the top global development NGOs in the world in partnership with LinkedIn.
And that's backed by training that's rooted in nonprofit scenarios, not generic scenarios, and also has a cohort model.
to help practitioners learn from each other, get the support from Microsoft, EY, other partners, so they can accelerate the projects in their organizations.
Yeah, you know, it's first, the very first step is just focusing on building capacity within your staff.
I mean, your staff's already using these tools today, whether it's ChatGPT or Copilot or any of these other tools, but they may not be using it in a way that's really driving the outcomes that they need.
And so ensuring that they understand how these tools operate, how to reason over the tools, how to judge the output critically and make sure that they're getting accurate information, representative information, that's step one.
Step two is actually creating a safe environment with the right privacy and security safeguards so that they can practice and experiment and build on what works, throw out what doesn't.
Without fear.
Without fear.
And then the most advanced organizations are actually looking at how they reinvent their front office process, their client-facing processes, their patient-facing processes.
