Simply put, thinking about thinking.

is what it is, right?

So it is judgment, it's reasoning, it's reframing problems, it's questioning.

Those are the most important skills, frankly, in an AI world coupled with lifelong learning and what Carol Dweck calls a growth mindset.

Just learn and relearn because the systems that you and I are using today are gonna look very, very different in 36 months.

And so in some ways, AI takes the rote task, the mundane task, and will automate those things and allows us to do what we humans do best, which is create new things.

I met with Future Skills Organization, which is an organization that really designs curriculum and credentials for your vocational schools across Australia.

And they recently did research and found –

Similar patterns that we see in many developed markets, which is AI is moving fast.

We need a clarion call to skilling.

We're not necessarily as organized across the private sector, across government, and across the nonprofit sector as we need to be to drive skilling at scale.

And we're working on some ideas with them for how we could bring that forward.

But what's unique in Australia's context is out of all the developed countries in the world, 56% of your economy is an SME economy.

By contrast, if we go to my part of the world, the U.S., it's 44%.

That's a big delta, right?

So you have a long tail of really important small companies that are building capacity in Australia.

And a third of them, by the way, aren't in Sydney.

They're in rural parts of Australia.

Your listeners are in rural towns.

And so what that means as we think about building this capacity is partnerships with chambers of commerce,
