And because of all the uncertainty that we've seen with these cuts led by Elon Musk and Doge, we launched just yesterday a rapid response hub for federal workers living in Cleveland and across Chicago County to make sure they can get job training, resume help. and a pathway to another job if their job goes away. And there's a way to do this.
