No one thinks it's possible to do it with house flipping, but we've done that.
We only put a few hours a week into our house flipping business.
And so when we started House Flipping HQ, it was a ton of work.
But now it's not a ton of work.
We've got someone kind of quarterbacking it.
I've got a guy that helps me answer questions.
And when we launched the high-end program, we set it up the right way.
I'm actually not in charge of the day-to-day coaching.
I am responsible for three times a year going to a mastermind meeting.
And I'm also this guy, what he'll do is when people want to talk to me specifically, maybe there's something that I specialize in, they want to talk about, he'll set up an appointment for me.
But this guy's basically going to do all the day-to-day coaching.
I'm giving him a, we're giving him a percentage of it.
So we've kind of learned percentage.

Yeah, I'll say it on here.
It's fine.
He's getting, basically we decided 5,000 goes to the admin part.
So that goes to me and my company.
10,000 goes to the marketing and sales, which is me and my company, unless he brings someone in, which he's not really focused on.
And then 10,000 goes to the fulfillment.
