But it was like, all of a sudden, Carolina after that Florida series last year was like, no more.

That's not going to happen to us, and we are going to be the ones initiating.

And the Ottawa series, Walker, Hall, and it went all the way through the playoffs right up now against the Vegas Golden Knights.

Was that series against the Panthers as instructional as it seems to be right now?

What I'm getting at is this team got tougher after the Florida series last year.

You know, he brings up an interesting point, and that is it's neither good nor bad styles of hockey.

We're just so used to seeing the Florida Panthers in the Stanley Cup final that it does seem sort of shocking at how little violence there is in the Stanley Cup final this year.

Right.

Like we're used to the Panthers with like you get a chance to get in a lick like you take it and extra and you put salt, vinegar and ketchup on it and you go for it.

But this series has been devoid of that.

Now, the skill has been there.

The intensity has been there.

All of it has still been there.
