And, you know, I worked a lot with the non-23 players at the Highlanders too as well.
And, you know, there was some really highly motivated non-23 players just to go and get a job done to best prepare their team.
And sometimes I do actually more work than the guys in the 23 to as well.
So, yeah,
We will talk to our guys as we probably go deeper into our campaign tour as well when we think it's needed.
But I love that little bit about selection, just keeps them on the edge of their seat, am I going to be in or not?
And then there's a resilience piece in there.
I never played professional rugby and being involved in that, like, best job in the world.
Like you dream about being in these positions and you dream about being in the 20s or being a blues, a chiefs, a turbo, a magpie.
You dream of it as a young person.
Now you're there.
So now you're there.
What do you do now with it?
And now it's going to be the best person I can be in our environment because I've got the best job in the world, which doesn't last very long until as well.
Yeah.
So I always think of that as, that's critical, just even understanding that, that no place I'd rather be, and I've told the boys that, right now, no place I'd rather be than being in this space here.
And they've earned that.
That wasn't through luck, it was through everything they've done, all the people around them, to get to this point.
So now let's just roll up our sleeves and go to work and enjoy everything about this group and this team.
