I'm going to go and play a game of touch on the footy or, you know, I'm going to go and play force back.

And all that incidental learning was, because the whole time when you play with your mates was like, how am I going to go chip and chase to beat him?

How am I going to grab it through?

How am I going to put on an awesome step to go and beat him?

You know, so all that incidental learning happened through our mates and going down to the park and again, playing force back to try and drill him down to that corner or he's a bit slow there.

So I'm going to go get him here and I'm going to make that kick a little bit lower, make a bounce.

So we had all this incidental learning, which potentially doesn't happen as often as it used to as well.

So when they had got other young people growing up these days who at a young age are playing basketball, playing volleyball, playing cricket, et cetera, netball, that certainly helps the ability to be a really awesome sportsman.

And again, talking about the feel of the game, the spatial awareness too as well, it can give us a lot.

And it probably shouldn't be easy to be feared to as well, because if we said to them it was easy, then they'd all get it.

John Quinn, who's aligned to us, is unreal.

He was great with our young people.

And just the basics that he gives our young guys, particularly around being present and trying to win the next moment,

We spoke about even just the breath, breathing part, really important.

Imagery to help solidify what you know to as well.

So ability to

to walk through scenarios, to see first person, third person.

We've spoken about that in this space here too as well.

One thing I've learned around neurolinguistics is that your brain does know the difference between mental rehearsal and physical rehearsal too as well.

So we really want to keep encouraging that.
