I got people saying of all races and genders, thank you for helping me.

But now having black folks and people of color always coming up to me saying that just kind of makes me feel like, oh girl.

Um, the best piece of advice is it needs to be a daily practice.

And so like,

I usually don't give generic advice.

It's one of my big things because I think that, like, advice, I think there's people who know how to give advice that is clear and concise.

You do.

And then there's people who give these generic, like, oh, blanket shit.

But what I will say to someone is to work on yourself is a daily thing.

And I think people think it's a, oh, I did a little self-care routine.

I watched a video.

It is this way that I schedule.

And people know I'm a father.

The way I schedule my kids' schedule, the way I schedule work is the same way I schedule my daily care for my self-esteem and self-worth.

Right.

It is a daily practice.

And I schedule out an hour and a half to two hours.

And this includes things that just like when you go to work and you know you've got to get up for that meeting, you know I've got to do this.

Same way you get up and you're like the kids have to have this, the kids have to do this.

Yeah.
