I mean, like, Sex and the City had us all in a chokehold, girl.
And it was like, she's surrounded by love.
And like, surrounded by three girlfriends who are like, we love you.
We will always show up for you.
But you're not enough.
Can I remind that?
Thank you for sharing that story because it reminds me of also like telling girls or anybody, the girls, like,
reframing that idea of, like, I can't be alone, I'm lonely.
And, like, whatever.
And understanding, like, when I talk about that daily practice, it's things like this, where you say, okay, if I have a fear of being alone, what can I do to reframe to show myself that I'm not alone?
Right.
What activity can I do one thing today for myself that I'm doing by myself where I can find joy in it?
Yeah.
Because sometimes I always look at people who are like, I'm too afraid to go to a dinner or a movie by myself.
