And I'm like, yo, how about when you're doing this, not only, if you're engaging in watching porn, which is fine, how about you think to yourself, oh my gosh, how intimate this would be if I was with my girl, if I was with my partner.
Touch yourself in these ways.
Because what happens is that you get more involved with your body.
Now your mind is connected to the person that you're engaging with.
