Well, I say stop cutting funding for homelessness, for health care, for substance abuse and all the things that you're complaining about.
No, seriously, we have a very serious problem with over 40,000 people who are homeless in Los Angeles City.
Don, this is why I ran was to address this problem.
And I will tell you, in two and a half years, this is the first time in I don't even know how many years that homelessness has declined.

That's why we focus on putting people who are on the street in motels and in shelters that offer privacy to get them off the street so that they don't die.
