And I bought it because I felt like I should.

And I felt like I should have a wig and I should.

I'd say I wore it about twice.

Did you not bother after that?

I just felt like I was in disguise.

Not anymore, funny enough.

Probably, I suppose, because it's old news now in some ways.

You very often get the child saying,

Mammy, why has that lady got no hair?

And I feel for parents because you can tell they're like, oh my God, make them stop.

So I just kind of smile and go on.

But no, for the most part, people don't really mention it too much.

And it's funny because I forget that I'm bald.

So I'm looking at people and totally forgetting that I don't have hair in my head.

And there's times when I might say something silly like, I met such and such a person, I don't know how they recognize me.

And it could be my son or someone going, mam, you're bald.

I'm like, oh yeah, I forgot that bit.

Yeah.

I remember somebody once saying that life only makes sense in hindsight.

And that really made sense to me.
