I can second that with that understanding that the civil service, the meet and confer would have to go through.
I will just say if I'm understanding the motion correctly that this is just to say we wanna move forward with this idea that this is not putting anything in stone, but that I know those of us who read through this very, very carefully that one and two situations I did not see major problems with and that we obviously need to have more discussion on some of the other ones, but that's my understanding is that this motion is to just move the process forward.

You have to point out the problems on all ends.
This is the same consultant that ended up publicly accusing me and others of unethical behavior on the city council, and has appeared on many of your materials, Mayor Gilmore, and later wrote a letter to a judge urging them a harsh punishment to my sentencing.
Same year, the Senator delivered a letter to Governor Newsom about the related discussion, never on a future agenda, forgotten.
Gun violence against elected officials, dismissed.
Not into council members though, into city employees.
