We know that that is a concern, and this would be for new retail, and I can see this being a reason not to be in the city, and that worries me. podcast-host

Very quickly, I'm also concerned when you talk about, maybe you spend more time at the mall than I do, but what a burden this would be on a very small retail situation. podcast-host

And I'm also concerned about taking up one-third of the parking places. podcast-host

I think of the handicapped, where, say, at the hospital, those are always full, and at many retail, the handicapped are not full. podcast-host

But we have a standard for all of them that is the same percentage. podcast-host

And I know that's frustrating for a lot of people to see podcast-host

Also, I wanted to understand about Council Member Jayne's comment. podcast-host

Schools, public school versus private, I mean, is that what's also under that non-residential uses, because that wasn't clear, and... podcast-host

we have public schools that are under the school district that have different, they're a different jurisdiction, and then you have private schools, so are you putting that burden on the private schools who are not under that jurisdiction, and what about the ones that lease land from the school districts? podcast-host
