So yeah, 2023, I got divorced and I was also working for my ex-husband.

And so as a result of the divorce, I didn't have any income or access to health care.

I had to restart my life, just redo everything, move to a new place.

And at that point, I was already using AI for work.

I was already using it as a power user, so to speak.

I like tech.

So I was using it a lot.

And I decided to build myself a project in Cloud.

So Cloud allows you to make your own space.

instead of just making it a general chat bot.

I gave it a knowledge base of different therapy modalities.

I gave it custom instructions, and then I just used that when I wanted to crash out or if I wanted to just vent.

And I use it the most in the beginning for work.
