And what I mean by that is someone pretending that they're a CFO calling you up, Sean, and saying, hey, can you wire transfer X amount because of a deep fake or a voice impersonated style attack?
And then, of course, the money gets transferred and then it becomes a major problem.
So that's another thing as well that can be hard to detect, especially for small businesses that aren't really used to dealing with this type of stuff.
Well, look, I think that's a good question.
I think there's a number of reasons.
Number one would be, again, going back to they feel super small.
And again, I've come from a banking and finance background historically.
They traditionally would go after the big boys, the big players and get a lot of money.
But now, because we can spread those attacks against millions of small businesses, they're easy hits.
I think as well that perhaps there is...
not enough resources out there to really understand, well, where do I start?
People feel overwhelmed as it is.
You've got so many technology and cybersecurity vendors really just bombarding you at the end of the day.
I also think it's probably a level of overwhelmed,
well, where do we go to get this information piece by piece?
And where does that first step actually look?
And it's not necessarily easy.
It's quite complex as well, because people are at different stages in their cybersecurity maturation.

And I think it's one of those things that's not necessarily out of sight, out of mind.
