And Elon has brought in highly skilled individuals who are very proficient in technology, I may add, to review, again, the transactions and the payments of the federal government.

These individuals have read only access and at the direction of the secretaries of these departments, they are curbing back wasteful spending on useless priorities like DEI, for instance.
