And reality tells you he's not been playing much football.

But that means that the more talented player you get, and if they're playing week in, week out, they don't become available.

So there is a level of risk-taking that needs to be taken.

And the squad, the injuries they've had, the turnover you've talked about right throughout the club.

I think he started really well and then he's drifted.
