Yeah, yeah, for sure.
My mom grew up super, super poor, and there was a church with a church donation bin behind her house.
And she would steal clothes out of the church donation bin and sew them up to fit her, like hand sew them.
And then finally, I guess, saved up for a sewing machine.

Like, did she enjoy fashion and beauty?
I think it was always, like...
Even if you're dirt poor, you don't have to look dirt poor.
It doesn't mean that you don't take care of things or that you don't do your best to present, you know, what you're worth, I guess.
I love that.
And so I was from being in ballet and beauty pageants and all that stuff, she would have to sew up my costumes or sew them in general from scratch.
And as a kid, even anything that was presented to me where I could have creative control or options to create something, I wanted to know how to do that thing.
