Because I've heard about this ETT therapy where they go in and rewire your brain.
You look at colors and then you speak out loud your anxiety when you have an anxious moment.
And then the colors, you go back and forth and somehow it gets your brain talking.
Apparently it's a game changer.
that's insane I want to do the one where they like hypnotize you my neighbor does that yeah you go to your past lives that's crazy if you need a great recommendation okay yeah I'll try anything I'll try anything I'll try anything too yeah like why not me up I don't know like what are you trying to find out exactly well like what are you trying to find out
I don't know.
At this point, I've been with my main therapist for nine years.
And then I've been with, I call her my other therapist, my brain doctor.
It's totally not the title.
But she has like 12 letters after her name.
And I'm like, I don't know what else to call you because there's no way that there's one name for that half the alphabet.
And so I've been with her for like two and a half years.
What got you into therapy?
Someone telling me that they thought I was bipolar.
That's a large statement.
I know.
Why did someone say that?
I mean, I guess I was acting cuckoo.
I don't know.
And then I remember my first therapist was like, no, you know, you're not bipolar.
