how and why the cartels are getting people from here.

So it seems like there's two things happening simultaneously.

First, that at one point in time, a few individuals, small amount, were sent on purpose with false documentation, some of them even through private military companies, to Ukraine to get trained up on drones, serve there six months,

and then go back to Mexico and now they knew how to use drones and they would become the trainers in Mexico.

Another thing is happening.

A lot of Latin American foreign fighters in Ukraine, once their time serving is coming up,

To an end, they are being recruited by cartels in Mexico, offered money, and will go straight from Ukraine to Mexico now to fight on the front lines with CJNG, particularly in Michoacán, with cartels operating in Michoacán.

So a lot of these guys are posting on their TikTok and Instagram of them fighting the war there and being in Ukraine.

And a lot of it, obviously, is in Spanish, because they're Latin American.

And I guess there's some people within the cartels tasked with seeking these individuals out, offering them money and, like, this recruitment package to go to Mexico.

I have no idea, but I don't think it's a lot because based on the profile of the individuals who are actually ending up there, they're not coming from well-paying jobs in Colombia or well-paying positions in Ukraine, and they're ending up on front lines in Mexico.

So the money can't be good.

There's one individual, he's kind of everywhere, or at least, you know, I've seen him a lot.

He's Colombian.

fought in Ukraine, now is on the front lines in Michoacán with the cartel, and he will wear, he wears the Colombian flag patch, Ukraine, and now Mexico.

And he even, like, kind of, in a video that was circulating that I saw of him, he was bragging about it, like, a Colombian, and I was in Ukraine, and now I'm with the cartel fuckers, yeah, in Mexico.
