Yes, being an adult is fun, but those big bills are all things that you can renegotiate or look for better options, at least on an annual basis.

So there's always different offers coming into market, especially for NBN and phone plans.

There's always, you get rewarded for switching, not for being loyal.

Loyalty tax.

That took you a while to get your head around.
