And so then it wasn't until hospital day three at two PM when it would become active and then go through whatever
process that hospital's palliative care team took in consults, it's now going through that routine process.
This is where maybe that bottle of alcohol is needed.
You know, it's no, no, it's it's a tough answer.
Um, in part because

As Scott mentioned, you know, this was being implemented somewhere in the twenty fourteen, fifteen range after funding and and building um in that pilot year.
And I think it's fair to say that health systems, even IT and HR infrastructures are are already different.
Um and they're better.
They're more streamlined.
People have the same platform across all their hospitals or trying to move to that.
And so for this trial, and this was also like less this is a big lesson learned for us, like this trial, what was challenging about the IT belts, I believe, was a little less about actually doing the work once we sort of understood what the work needed to be.
But the fact that um although all used a um the same EHR in name, um, they all had actually different
instances of that EHR.
So there was duplicative effort required because of that, which is a health system specific issue that frankly as early pragmatic trialists, we didn't even know to ask.
So um, you know, and and I think that that that is a challenge.
Um
But our having learned that and now knowing the language to speak better to IT and IS folks about what we're looking for, what we need, not allowing assumptions, you know, we just I think we understand better how to partner and make that a more efficient process.
But I don't want to pretend that these builds
happen overnight, or nor should they.
