Which is why in this study we don't ask them we don't make them do anything with the information.
We don't make them s tell patients.
We just ask them to consider it.
And and in the end, if you put those findings together, they really did sort of rise to the top the patients who were really the sickest.

It was our lowest uh second to lowest enrollment actually was uh hematologic malignancies in that study, yeah.
Um, I'm really excited that all three trials have incredible practical approaches.
Um, we they all have limitations for sure.
Um, Karita, you just disc discussed yours.
We certainly had them and and Tom I'm sure you did as well.
But sort of if you boil them down, these are practical ways to deliver palliative care and
all of them have some evidence that some part of it worked.
It makes patients and families feel better and outcomes better and quality of care better.
And we can implement it.
We need more though.
