I mean, like...
And so there's one timeline in which you have a fatherless family, another timeline in which you have a motherless family, and then there's a third one in which they're all together.
But in this sort of sliding doors scenario, there are all sorts of side characters, some of whom have major roles, and then in another timeline they might just be a character who's passing on the street or who has a very small...
part to play.
I think she does quite a good job of keeping you so that you understand where you are and who you're with and who these other characters are.
I mean, how did you feel that she handled this structure, Seth?
But it's the names that give it that power, which is, I'm imagining... And it's one of the questions you have about whether she's being playful with those names or whether she's being sort of deterministic about it.
And how much we're supposed to understand that a kid named Bear is going to be warm and cuddly and brave.
