You know, Mary, Queen of Scots, was named for the Virgin Mary.
So, yes, that is one of the great reasons why there was this incredibly tension between the Protestants and the Catholics.
And also, of course, the mass, transubstantiation, the idea that you are drinking the blood and eating the body.
of Jesus while Protestants hated that.
They said it's only bread and wine.
