I saw that research.
I'm not sure about that because you could argue people who are studying law and medicine and, you know, quite demanding may require themselves to apply themselves a wee bit more and the time might be invasive.
But I do think it's good for, you know, good for the soul, good for the character.
Like a basic arts degree.

Hey, I just wanted to, before you do a pop quiz or rate something out of 10 or strike up a bet, I just wanted to shout out, I had another inspirational moment this week where I met this woman.
She's 78 years old, so same age as my parents.
She strength trains, lifts heavy, heavy weights, heavier than I could lift twice a week.
She does yoga three times a week, plus she does Zumba.
And it's so impressive.
There is nothing more impressive to me than older people who are out there just going for it, doing stuff, being active and pushing themselves.
It's just so, and I actually think there's more of that about now than we acknowledge.
And to any older person who's out there getting it, it's so impressive.
And also lifting weights.
We love to see it.
