But the circadian rhythm is a very important thing, and that's why people don't understand it.
And it's like why you get jet lag, because you say circadian rhythm's completely out of whack.
It's why you come back from holiday, and suddenly on the Monday you feel like you haven't been away.
And it's why on a Monday after you've had a big weekend that you don't feel right, because you haven't slept normally, because you've knocked over your circadian rhythm.
So whatever you do, especially for people who do lates or earlies,
The best thing you can do is stay within the rhythm, because if you don't stay within the rhythm, you knock yourself about and you lose a day.
So that's how it rolls.
