Yeah, so he's apologised sincerely and unreservedly.

He said this has come after conversations with family and friends, both inside and outside of Ryanair.

He said he's realised that his comments caused considerable upset.

He specifically said they caused upset with survivors of sexual assault.

And he has apologised especially to those survivors.

He said as well that he will try to learn from this mistake and do better in the future.

And he did also say that his comments were careless and they were said with carelessness.

So it's a pretty firm apology, I suppose.

I'm glad it's happened.

I think it needed to happen.

I was shocked it didn't happen sooner.

I was shocked that there wasn't some kind of intervention with those family and friends that he's talking about.

Yeah, and for the Ryanair brand, this was horrifically bad.

And I'm glad it's happened now.

It's a bit of a shame that it took a week for it to happen.

And like you say, he did double down on the comments initially.

But I think it's something that needed to be said.

And the video itself is very clear.

And like I said at the start, it is very firm.
