So these are pretty intense fitness exercises.
Some of the examples I was looking at earlier include rowing, machine, sled pushes, burpee jumps, medicine ball throws.
So it's kind of like an endurance competition.
I can't say I've ever participated in one or ever planned to, but it looks pretty intense from the footage.
And in this case was extremely intense.
No, and it's so funny because apparently High Rocks have event rules that would, previously to this incident, that penalise athletes for minor infractions such as littering on the course or spitting or clearing their nose on the floor, but contain no immediate protocol for faecal matter.
I can't imagine they ever thought it would come up.
Yeah, and I think what the issue with this is, is that it is, like you say, it's other people's equipment as well.
It's at least if you're running a marathon, obviously not very pleasant for the people around you, but it's just you running the marathon.
Like this woman was using all of the other equipment in the gym and the footage of it is just like, I actually would urge people not to look at the footage of it because I've seen the unedited version of it and it's horrifying.
It's actually horrifying.
And in fairness to her, we do have to say she apologised.

I read the apology and then I had to go and see what she was apologizing about.
And my God, did I see it.

I'd say she was very surprised by the reaction to this because initially the conversation I saw when this video first surfaced was, oh, look at the strength that she has, you know, look at the perseverance.
