I think on your point, Isaac, it depends on the strength of your leadership though and your leadership group because I've been in teams where the leaders have been in favour with the coaches, which you'd probably understand, and with players, but at times maybe haven't represented the wider group the way that maybe the wider group is feeling. voice-verified
