I can only train three days per week.
I really just want to work on,
And say you responded, hey babe, five days per week, 1200 calories, whatever, like very clearly not listening is my point.
You've just lost the human connection element of what it is that we offer in a service-based industry.
And that is one, not great for a business lens because you're not going to have very great lead, not retention, what's the other word?
Generation, sorry.
And that's another example of a way that you can improve.
And like, you clearly don't care.
Yeah, and when I think of communication other than what we've already spoken about, like nonverbal things, body language, all of that, I also think of like communication, especially in this day and age on social media as in being literate with how we speak.
Like the way that we actually get our point across, that's like a skill that is constantly refined.
If I think about us talking right now on the podcast, listening to today's episode and then listen two and a half, three years ago, the way that we communicate is vastly different because we have β
refined, we have reflected, we have looked back, we have improved.
This is something that you can all do.
If we think about showing up on socials, I know a lot of people that listen to us are business owners or have social media followings.
It's like, okay, things that I think about when I create content is how can I
connect with my community in a language that is easy to digest and understand.
