So all I'm trying to say to wrap up that point, because I've lost me point, is if we can do it,
That actually ties perfectly into my next point because I wanted to speak about self-belief and actually backing yourself to make a change or do something differently.
So if you're listening right now and you are the person who feels like
It's too far gone for them.
They can't start something new.
You will never start something new with that mentality.
And even if you do go on to decide to start something new, you will probably find it really, really hard or you will quote unquote fail at it.
It's all in the mindset.
You need to be the person that backs themselves and strengthens their self-belief.
Now the only real way, in my opinion, to strengthen your self-belief and strengthen your self-trust is to actually be the person who follows through on their word slash what it is that they want to do.
So if you have been that person for the last five years who has complained about their job, who has said they want to start their business, go to the gym, do something differently, but all you've done is speak about it, you are being your own worst enemy right now.
Because what you are doing is you are speaking about this for the last five years.
And every single time you do nothing to move forward to action it or get closer to that goal, you reaffirm to yourself that you actually probably can't do it.
And it actually probably will be too hard.
And it actually probably will fail, right?
So if you are somebody who is...
Wanting to make a change, whether it's a career, whether it's starting a business, whether it's going to the gym, whether it's bettering your health and you are that person that speaks about it all the time, you need to stop speaking about it.
You need to start actioning it.
That action will build deeper levels of self-trust and in turn build deeper levels of self-belief.
